To-Die-For Asian Marinade


4T Sugar
6T Soy Sauce
1T Sake
1 Head of Garlic
1T Ginger
1T Olive Oil
5 Lb. Chicken Quarters


Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Combine the marinade and meat in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Broil covered for 15 minutes, and uncovered until done. The marinade will make them super-juicy and tender so don't worry about the meat drying out.

I served this with chicken fried rice and stir fried veggies, with some jasmine tea to drink.
